Move-In Cleaning

Our Move-In Cleaning is all about giving you a true fresh start in your new home, so you can unpack into clean cabinets and closets instead of wiping shelves and scrubbing bathrooms on day one. We know moving is exhausting, and most people simply do not have the extra energy to deep clean on top of boxes and paperwork.

We start at the top and work our way down, dusting ceiling corners, reachable fixtures, vents, and window sills. We wipe baseboards, door frames, and switch plates, then clean inside closets so you can hang clothes and store belongings without worrying about leftover dust or debris. In the kitchen, we clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers, wipe counters and backsplash, sanitize the sink and faucet, and clean appliance exteriors. When appliances are already in place and empty, we can also wipe inside the fridge and microwave by request. Bathrooms get special care: we scrub showers and tubs, clean tiles where reachable, disinfect toilets thoroughly, and clean sinks, counters, and mirrors until they shine. We focus on the small spots new owners often notice first-around faucet bases, along grout lines, and in corners that hold old residue.

Throughout the home, we vacuum carpets and hard floors, then finish by mopping appropriate surfaces so you are stepping onto clean, grit-free floors as you move in furniture. For rental move-ins, this level of detail helps you feel far more comfortable settling into a space that has had previous occupants.

We use eco-friendly products as our default, keeping strong chemical smells to a minimum and making the home feel fresh rather than overly perfumed. If you have specific products you want us to use, you can simply leave them out for us.
