In the kitchen, we clean counters, the sink, and backsplash, and we wipe inside and outside cabinets and drawers so they are ready to be inspected or used. We also clean appliance exteriors, and when appliances are empty and accessible, we can wipe inside the fridge and microwave on request. Bathrooms are scrubbed carefully, with toilets, tubs or showers, and sinks disinfected, fixtures polished, and mirrors left clear. We focus on the areas that owners and landlords often inspect most closely-around toilet bases, corners of showers, and behind faucets-so you are not surprised by last-minute complaints.

To finish, we vacuum all floors, including edges along baseboards, and then mop appropriate surfaces so the home feels clean underfoot and visually ready for photos, showings, or walk-throughs.
